KDA-IMS is the official digital information management platform used by Kenya Darts Association to administer player membership and related Association services.
The platform supports player registration, membership records, Club and Branch affiliation, player classification, membership-card generation, tournament administration, payments, receipts, official communication and other authorised KDA functions.
Creating a registration record does not by itself confirm that all applicable membership charges have been paid or that membership has been activated. Applicable KDA membership requirements and fees continue to apply.
Once this agreement has been accepted, KDA-IMS will request information required to create and administer the player's official KDA membership record.

Where the player being registered is below 18 years, this agreement must be reviewed and accepted by a parent or legal guardian.
By accepting as a parent or legal guardian, the person confirms that they have authority to provide the minor's information to Kenya Darts Association for legitimate membership and sporting administration.
A recent, clear passport-size photograph is required for generation of the official KDA membership card.
The photograph becomes part of the player's membership record and may be displayed on an authorised digital or printable KDA membership credential and during legitimate membership verification.
The person completing the registration is responsible for ensuring that the information supplied is accurate, complete and relates to the correct player.
Where information is incorrect or changes, the member should request correction through the authorised KDA-IMS process or the appropriate KDA administrator.
KDA-IMS uses role-based access controls so membership information is available through authorised system functions and to users whose responsibilities require the relevant access.
Members are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should report suspected unauthorised account access to the appropriate KDA administrator.
Kenya Darts Association may retain membership information where reasonably required for active membership administration and legitimate sporting, financial, governance, dispute-resolution, historical-record or compliance purposes.
Expiry of an annual membership period does not necessarily mean that the historical membership record is deleted.
Members may raise questions concerning their membership information and may request correction of inaccurate details through authorised KDA administrative channels.
Such requests will be handled through the applicable KDA administrative process and applicable Kenyan requirements.
A user must not intentionally submit false information, impersonate another player, misuse another person's account, attempt unauthorised access or use KDA-IMS for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Kenya Darts Association may take appropriate administrative or disciplinary action where an account or registration is deliberately misused.
This electronic agreement does not replace the Constitution, membership rules, competition rules, disciplinary procedures or other authorised regulations of Kenya Darts Association.
Applicable KDA rules continue to govern membership status, affiliation, competition eligibility and disciplinary matters.
By selecting the correct registration capacity, confirming that this agreement has been read and selecting AGREE, the person completing registration confirms that they understand the KDA-IMS membership-registration process and consent to the required information being provided to Kenya Darts Association.
KDA-IMS records the agreement version, date and time of acceptance, and whether the agreement was accepted by the player or by a parent/legal guardian.
The applicant's IP address is not stored as part of the KDA membership consent record.
